A dedicated, anonymous email account is essential. Create one that doesn't include your real name, location, or any identifying information. Use a service that doesn't require phone verification, and never access it from the same device or network you use for work or personal correspondence. For communication, consider apps with end-to-end encryption and disappearing messages—Signal, Telegram's secret chats, or similar platforms. But critically, don't sync these apps to work devices or cloud backups. Turn off automatic photo backups entirely, and never send identifiable images of your face, home, workplace, or passport unless absolutely necessary for verified screening—and even then, think twice.
